Artisan Made, Just for You!

All items are made to order, which means they are made specifically for you. Please allow 10 days to 2 weeks for item creation, but we encourage you to email us at artisanspiritnj@gmail.com for current lead times.

During busy times for any particular artist, lead times can be longer. Often, items can be shipped out within just a few days. If your order is time sensitive and you need it by a certain date, please email us and we'll let you know if we can accommodate a specific shipping date.

Due to Covid 19, some artists are affected by supply chain issues, and are constrained by situations beyond their control.

Custom Inquiries:

Custom orders are available for some of our products. Send an email and I'm happy to assist you with your inquiry.

Return Policy:

Please contact us at 732-556-8400 or artisanspiritnj@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order if there is damage to your item from shipping. Please keep all packaging and the damaged item(s) and we will discuss your next steps for return. 

Changed your mind, or not happy with your purchase? Contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your purchase and we'll issue you a return number to include in your return shipment. Item must be in original packaging and not worn/used, with tags still attached if applicable. Shipping returns (unless in the case of damage or defect) will be at the customers expense.
